1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the ria88 platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you — the user ("you", "Member", "Player") — unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any supplementary rules applicable to individual products such as Sportsbook, Slots, ria88 Casino, Teen Patti, and Online Poker.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. ria88 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with ria88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ria88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to Malaysia.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a company, syndicate, or any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from ria88 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of ria88 or its affiliated entities.

Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts are a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

ria88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any point. Acceptable documents include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe stipulated by ria88 may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your ria88 account. This includes all bets placed, transactions processed, and any communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you or not.

3.1 Login Credentials

Your username and password are personal to you and must not be disclosed to any third party. ria88 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other medium to request your password. If you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately via the ria88 Login page and notify our support team without delay.

3.2 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. ria88 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account — with or without prior notice — where there is a reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that is harmful to other Members or to the integrity of the Platform.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ria88 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified in advance before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after the applicable notice period will be retained by ria88 in accordance with its dormant account policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ria88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ria88 supports a range of locally preferred payment methods, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• ria88 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your gaming wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the details on your ria88 account.
• Before processing a withdrawal, ria88 may require full completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are outlined on the Payments page and are subject to your chosen method. Bank transfers typically complete within one to three business days.
• ria88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ria88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and special seasonal promotions tailored for Malaysian players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any product-specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Member is entitled to claim a specific promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and Sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: ria88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses — and any winnings derived from them — where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play.

6. Gameplay & Wagering Rules

Each gaming product on ria88 — including Sportsbook, Slots, ria88 Casino live tables, Teen Patti, and Online Poker — operates under its own set of product-specific rules. These product rules are accessible from within each game or section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and conditions displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. ria88 covers major events including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UFC, and a wide array of international football and esports markets. ria88 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of incorrect pricing, system errors, or suspicious betting patterns.

6.2 Casino & Live Tables

Casino games, including live dealer games accessible via ria88 Casino, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time live streams hosted by licensed studio providers. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the session in question.

6.3 Slots

All slot games feature a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session outcomes. Maximum win caps and jackpot conditions, where applicable, are described within individual game rules.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, power failure, or software error during an active game round, ria88 will endeavour to reinstate the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not technically possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Member's wallet. ria88 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ria88 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one (1) account, whether under your own details or under false or third-party details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct coordinated arbitrage betting.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conduct any transaction that is designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting or gaming event offered on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to mask your true location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ria88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ria88 Platform — including but not limited to the ria88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of ria88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ria88.

9. Privacy & Data Use

ria88 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, and storage of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the use of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, ria88 collects and processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and personalised marketing communications (where you have provided your consent). ria88 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

10. Responsible Gaming

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ria88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

ria88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ria88 will notify registered Members via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, unless immediate implementation is required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

12.2 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ria88 is licensed and operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via ria88's customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Nothing in this clause limits ria88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ria88 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and ria88.
